 We're hiring: Logistics And Warehouse Coordinator - Haifa

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement processes: Tracking orders, working with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery conditions
• Logistics responsibility: Managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and monitoring distribution processes
• Utilizing Excel for data analysis, creating reports and graphs, and performing complex calculations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers
• Track and update inventory levels in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and delivery notes
• Support purchasing and production planning by ensuring materials availability

Requirements

• Previous experience in procurement/logistics/warehouse roles – a significant advantage
• High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis) – a must
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken) – a must
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
