We're hiring: An experienced technician for precise soldering, BGA reballing, and electronic PCB rework - Haifa

Responsibilities

• Perform precise soldering, BGA reballing, and PCB rework
• Work under a microscope to solder fine-pitch components, probes, and wires
• Use advanced BGA rework stations for component replacement and repair
• Read and analyze .brd files and Allegro layouts to locate components
• Support board debugging, prototype rework, and hardware validation tasks
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to lab and ESD standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in rework, soldering, and assembly of electronic PCBs
• Proven experience with rebelling BGA components – mandatory
• Proficiency in soldering all types of components, including Through-Hole, SMD, BGA, Fine Pitch, etc
• Experience in pad (socket) repair – significant advantage
• Skilled in using advanced BGA rework stations
• Ability to work with .brd files and Allegro to locate components and understand layout
• Precise soldering of probes, wires, and cables under a microscope
