We’re Hiring: Mid-level Manual SW/System Tester based in Netanya

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual software tests based on system specifications (ORS and design documents)
• Perform functional and non-functional testing, including regression, integration, and user acceptance tests
• Manage and track defects, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution
• Write comprehensive test documentation in line with organizational QA standards
• Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the release lifecycle
• Participate in formal milestones and acceptance reviews with customers

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in manual testing – Must
• QA Course / Certification – Must
• At least 1 year of experience in manual software testing – Significant advantage
• Experience testing complex systems involving multiple components, interfaces, and environments
• Strong ability to write and maintain test documentation according to QA methodologies
• Experience working with Jira and Xray or equivalent test management tools
• Understanding of CI/CD and release processes – Advantage
• High level of English (reading and technical writing) – Must
• Flexible working hours as required
