We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Student Relations & Course Coordinator to join our training department based in Petah Tikva
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s training and course operations, including scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, logistics, and administration

Serve as the main point of contact and provide professional support to students, trainers, and managers throughout the training lifecycle

Coordinate new course cycles and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders (educational institutions, vendors, instructors)

Conduct on-site visits across the country for course openings, closures, and quality monitoring

Generate reports, track performance, and analyze data

Manage training calendars and digital course systems (LMS)

Handle course budgets, supplier contracts, and invoice tracking

Provide ongoing administrative support to the training and HR teams
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree – required
-
Proven experience in coordinating courses or training programs – required
-
Experience in developing learning processes (e.g., syllabus , course plans)
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel accross Israel – required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Good level of English – required
-
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) – an advantage
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – an advantage

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Full-time position Availability for occasional non-standard working hours
