We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team at a leading Medical Device company.

This is a temporary position, a maternity leave replacement for up to six months with an option for extension.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual QA testing for mobile and cloud applications. Serve as technical support for the Vibrant treatment that includes, AWS cloud, Mobile APP, external system integrations and Medical device connectivity.

• Approve and validate all releases before deployment.

• Collaborate with developers and support teams to resolve issues.

• Communicate with US-based team members and end-users regarding bugs and technical issues.

• Provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting reported problems.

• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reports and analytics.

• Review and interpret DB reports (SQL, Tableau). 
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in QA testing, preferably with Mobile and Cloud applications mobile and cloud are a must

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – must.

• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and service skills.

• Strong ‘can-do’ attitude in a dynamic work environment

• Strong proficiency in SQL, prior experience in writing and performing SQL queries including sub-queries - MUST

• Experience with ETL tools, data infrastructure - MUST

• Basic knowledge in Postman, API - MUST

• Prior experience with JIRA - MUST

• Familiar with AWS cloud and models: CloudWatch, amazon bedrock, lambda, S3 and more – an advantage

• Basic knowledge in Tableau or other BI tools – an advantage

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
