We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and clients.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying data-driven solutions that generate measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement advanced machine learning and statistical models.
• Apply algorithms for prediction, classification, clustering, recommendation, and optimization.
• Perform feature engineering and model validation to ensure robust performance.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical problems.
• Communicate complex technical results in clear, actionable language.
• Build scalable data pipelines and support the deployment of models into production environments.
• Program primarily in Python (R and SQL as secondary tools).
• Create documentation, dashboards, and reports to track and explain model outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field (– Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics (or strong proven expertise).
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in Python; working knowledge of R and SQL is a plus.Strong grasp of statistical modeling, optimization, and experimental design.
• Ability to explain complex algorithms to non-technical stakeholders and work directly with clients.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying models into production (MLOps, Docker, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.Consulting or client-facing project experience.
