We are seeking an experienced Quality Leader for - QMS Implementation Project.

In this position as the Quality Leader, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the implementation of a new QMS system (including DMS, QMS, and LMS modules) on behalf of the Quality Unit. This role will serve as the main interface between Quality requirements and the project implementation team, ensuring that organizational quality needs are translated into effective processes within the new system

This is a full-time position in Beit Kama 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation process of the new QMS system from the Quality perspective, covering DMS, QMS, and LMS modules.
  • Translate organizational Quality requirements into system specifications, updating and optimizing existing processes in line with system capabilities and regulatory expectations.
  • Represent Quality in the project team: attend status meetings, technical discussions, and design sessions as the key Quality stakeholder.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT): define test scenarios, perform testing, and document results for system approval prior to go-live.
  • Lead updates to procedures, forms, and documentation to align with the new system, in collaboration with relevant QA SMEs.
  • Support training activities:Participate in supplier-led “train the trainer” sessions.
  • Develop Kamada-specific training materials.
  • Deliver training to end-users across the organization.
  • Provide user support during the implementation phase.
  • Monitor system adoption post-implementation: identify barriers to usage, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience leading cross-organizational processes.Prior experience in QMS system implementation – an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate across multiple interfaces and communicate knowledge clearly.
  • Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English – spoken, written, and reading.Employment Terms: Full-time position. Based in Beit Kama, with presence in Rehovot as needed.
