We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager for a key role within our organization.

In this position, you will lead complex technical projects in the pharmaceutical industry, with a primary focus on a strategic initiative to establish a new aseptic filling line and the supporting engineering infrastructure.

The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, coordination with external companies, engagement with senior management, and oversight of a substantial project budget.

This is a full-time position in Beit Kama 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Definition & Planning: Actively participate in setting objectives and planning engineering and/or technical projects, including feasibility assessment and decision-making in a dynamic environment.
  • Project Execution & Management: Full responsibility for project execution, including budget adherence, timeline management, operational oversight, quality assurance, and alignment with procurement and steering committees.
  • Senior Management Communication: Present project updates to senior executives, lead technical discussions, and drive decision-making processes.
  • Technical Documentation: Participate in writing URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and CC documents in collaboration with engineering teams and external experts.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or Biotechnology).MBA – an advantage.
  • Significant experience managing large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical industry – mandatory.
  • Proven experience managing complex budgets and leading decision-making processes – mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with cleanroom environments and aseptic filling operations – a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulatory requirements, particularly GMP principles.
  • Strong project management skills, including change management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while managing operations and budget aspects.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Full fluency in both Hebrew and English – mandatory.
