We are seeking a Project Manager on behalf of the IT department to lead the implementation of a QMS (Quality Management System).
The role involves end-to-end management of the implementation process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals, and overseeing all activities until successful go-live.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management of QMS system implementation.
- Coordination between IT, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
- Management of external vendor.
- Project planning, task tracking, and scope management.
- Oversight of validation stages.
- Daily issue resolution and removing obstacles.
- Ongoing reporting to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Information Systems project management – mandatory.
- Proven experience in enterprise system implementation – mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with QMS or other quality/regulatory systems – strong advantage.
- Experience managing vendors and working across multiple interfaces.
- Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
- Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
- Ability to independently manage complex projects
- Strong coordination, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Practical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
