We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO to support the Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) project within our Pharma and Medical Device division.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the SCE project, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate onboarding, interviews, and approvals.
- Maintain communication logs and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on scope and expectations.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and stored in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Track approvals and maintain records of contracts, change requests, and meeting notes.
- Organize and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Support preparation of presentations and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management workflows and systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint).
