We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team! 

This is a full time position in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases based on system requirements and functional specifications.
• Review and analyze business and technical documentation to ensure full test coverage.
• Perform testing on Web and Client-Server trading applications.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using standardized defect management tools.
• Write and maintain test documentation including STP, STD, and STR.
• Run SQL queries to validate backend data and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Apply understanding of capital markets and trading concepts (e.g., stocks, bonds, options, payments) during testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Ensure test execution is thorough, structured, and aligned with project timelines.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in software testing – mandatory.
• Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in Capital Markets / Trading – mandatory.
• Familiarity with trading systems.
• Basic knowledge of stocks, bonds, options, securities prices, and payments.
• Experience in writing test documentation (STP, STD, STR).
• Experience with Web and/or Client-Server application testing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL – ability to write basic queries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
