We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in the banking sector.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a solid background in working with databases and services.The ideal candidate will be comfortable writing complex SQL queries, validating data flows, and ensuring the highest levels of quality in mission-critical systems.

This is an hybrid position located in Tel Aviv.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and business logic
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for backend systems
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product managers to understand system architecture and business requirements
• Identify, document, and track bugs
• support the team in root cause analysis and resolution

Job requirements:

• Required Qualifications
• Proven experience (1+ years) in a QA or Testing role
• Strong SQL skills – ability to write and understand complex queries involving joins, subqueries, aggregations, and data validation
• Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with message queues, data pipelines, or ETL processes is a plus
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and data integrity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
