We are looking for our next Automation Program Lead to join our growing team in Netanya!

 

Major responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the technical and strategic lead for automation projects with our defense clients.

  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand needs, design tailored automation strategies, and define clear implementation roadmaps.

  • Select and implement appropriate tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Git), ensuring robust, scalable automation frameworks.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, representing the automation function in internal and external forums.

  • Mentor and guide automation teams, provide best practices, and elevate team capabilities.

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, continuously improving quality and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality outcomes.

 

Key Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or consulting role in the automation space.

  • Proven ability to design and implement automation frameworks and high-level strategic plans.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Git, and knowledge of DevOps pipelines.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, especially in client-facing environments.

  • Experience managing teams and guiding technical staff toward continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence both technical direction and project outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.
