Description

We are currently building out learning resources, and seeking to integrate educational experiences with our audience’s workflows for an improved user experience.

This is a full-time, fully remote job

Responsibilities

• work with the governance educational effort to develop high-quality, actionable learning and support resources for researchers on governance requirements and processes.
• Work with subject matter experts to understand user needs and program goals.
• Create educational content and documentation for processes and tooling, based on learning objectives and user needs.
• Update content based on program changes and user feedback, and review and edit content to improve content clarity and organization to better meet user needs.
• Communicate work status to the team and identify potential delays.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including writing technical customer-facing content
• Technical Writing and Editing Learning/Instructional Design
• Technical background and experience writing for technical audiences (e.g., research scientists and engineers)
• Familiarity with governance programs
• Mother tongue - English
• Need 1-3 examples of writing samples
