We are looking for a Manual QA for an exciting and challenging position for our  team!

This is a full-time, on-site position in Jerusalem.

Description

• Learning the system in depth and becoming familiar with all its features.
• Training and implementing the system across departments for all users.
• Documenting issues and challenges from the field and reporting them to the implementation manager.
• Receiving updates from the implementation manager and conveying them to users.
• Assisting other implementation team members during shifts.
• Assisting in the service center:
• Providing support to end-users, guiding and training them on hospital systems and troubleshooting issues.
• Referring cases to second-level support when necessary and following up until resolution.
• Handling service center inquiries, including technical issues.

Requirements

•  Ability to learn quickly and independently.
• Strong presentation and instructional skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Experience in training – an advantage.
• Familiarity with computer systems – an advantage.
• Experience in an IT service center – an advantage
