We are looking for a Automation Program Lead for an exciting and challenging position!

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with our clients
• Representing the Automation Testing teams in relevant forums
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards and guidelines and provide innovation and thought leadership.
• Manage the automation testing framework in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Develop strategies for task management
• Conduct ongoing oversight to ensure the quality of the team’s deliverables.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience in a managerial and consulting role within the automation field – MUST.
• Successful track record in client facing roles
• Knowledge and experience working with automation technologies, DevOps, and automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience in designing automation strategies and writing high-level work plans.
• Ability to lead technical teams and to initiate processes to improve quality.
• Experience working with business clients and coordinating between various stakeholders.
• Experience with methodologies such as Agile and Scrum and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team management capabilities, and problem-solving skills in technical contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering – Advantage.
