We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead with expertise in testing tools, applications, and automated testing for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, On-site in Netanya.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team for tools and applications

• Develop comprehensive test plans for new systems and applications

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and other types of testing

• Identify and troubleshoot issues, log defects, and provide detailed reports

• Work closely with development and product teams to understand system requirements and provide effective solutions

• Automate testing processes where applicable

• Develop and drive testing strategies to improve quality assurance processes

• Train, support, and professionally manage team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in testing - Must
• At least 2 years in a team leadership role - Must
• Experience in testing tools and applications, including knowledge of automated testing - Must
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM) - Must
• High level of English (writing and speaking) - Must
• Independent mobility (car required) – Must
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) - An Advantage
• Experience testing mobile applications or cloud-based tools - An Advantage
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps environments
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment
