We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Post-Silicon Validation Lab Manager/ Technician.

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our hardware testing lab. You will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering teams by ensuring a smooth and efficient lab environment.

This is a Full - Time position in Tel Aviv 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lab Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment.

  • Manage and organize lab inventory, including hardware components, tools, and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing and unpacking deliveries.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and move server platforms and other lab hardware, including delicate components.
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs and solve basic hardware issues.
  • Technical Support: Install, diagnose, and troubleshoot computer and server hardware, network devices (hosts, switches, routers, programmers), and network infrastructure.
  • Perform Linux system administration tasks, including debugging system and network issues related to lab networks and engineering test setups.
  • Assist in managing user setups and lab hardware inventory.

 

Hardware Skills: Proficient in hand soldering, including SMT components (up to 0402 size).Ability to perform minor rework on PCBs.Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.

  • Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, probes, DMMs, power supplies, and PDUs.Familiarity with SoC thermal control machines, PCW and CDA.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Linux - Mandatory
  • Strong service orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 23kg and to perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and lifting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.At least 3 years of experience.
