This position is located in Haifa.

Job description:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a background in testing to join our client’s team in Haifa. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to balance responsibilities between project management and hands-on testing, with a 50/50 focus. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an equivalent degree and the capability to handle some product management tasks, supporting the development and quality assurance of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct testing activities (50% of the role), including planning, executing, and documenting tests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, priorities, and goals.
• Support product management tasks, contributing to the development and refinement of product features.
• Document and report project progress, challenges, and results to relevant stakeholders.

Job requirements:

• Junior project management experience, preferably with exposure to testing or QA processes.

• Proven experience in testing, with the ability to execute test cases and analyze results effectively.

• An equivalent degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business).
