Requirements

• Assertiveness: Ability to drive processes forward and ensure their completion.
• Information and Task Management: Strong skills in organizing and managing information and tasks.
• Goal and Deadline Adherence: Proven track record of meeting objectives and deadlines.
• Technical Writing and Systems Understanding: Proficient in technical writing and understanding of information systems.
• Information Gathering: Capability to collect information from multiple sources to address, for example, audit requirements.
   

Responsibilities

• Annual reports Management.
• Internal Audits Management.
• Risk Management Management.
• Regulatory Audits Preparation.
• Validation Management.
• Deviation Investigations.
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) management.
• Work Order Management.
• Develop and write procedures.
• Documentation Management: Manage and oversee documentation related to quality assurance in IT.
• Process Improvement: Promote and advance departmental processes
• Change Management: Manage and oversee change management processes
