Job description

 

If you are passionate about recruiting and would like to join a successful organization, work on a variety of profiles, come join our team!

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team and help us grow the company.

Technical TAS responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

This is a full-time position in Petah Tikva.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).

 

Job Requirements

 

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience - Must.
  • Technical recruitment experience - Must.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew -Must
  • Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Self-confidence and self starter.
  • Ability to learn technical information.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
