Join our dynamic People & Talent (P&T) Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier technical talent to fuel our company's growth. 


  
About the Role

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. 
 
  
Key Responsibilities 
 
Reporting to the P&T Lead, you will: 

  • Actively coordinate with hiring managers and international account managers to identify and explore staffing needs.  
  • Lead regular follow ups on open positions 
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and manage candidate journey through local system (success factors) 
  • Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including screening calls, technical assessments and in-person interviews combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions). 
  • Be familiar with immigration processes and assist the candidates with related orientation. 
  • Develop strategies to attract talent, namely, fostering partnerships with key Universities, participating in industry and sector relevant job fairs and in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals. 
  • Manage the recruitment platforms and onboarding process liaising with all teams involved. 

  
Qualifications 
 

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with preferably 1 year of IT/Technical recruitment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of immigration processes 
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office) 
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable and Success Factors 
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills 
  • Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach
