Junior Team Lead

Overview
As a Junior Team Lead at Qualitest Group, you will collaborate with other Team Leads (TLs) in managing the day-to-day activities of a team of 5-15 trained employees working on a confidential project focused on improvements of universally used products. You will be responsible for their development and their relationship with the company and stakeholders. This role also includes a focus on Data Quality within the project, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure high data standards.
Responsibilities:
-Team Management & Leadership
● Manage between 5 and 15 trained employees, responsible for all areas of management.
● Provide ongoing mentorship, serving as a source of knowledge and technical mentor to the team.
● Manage projects related artifacts and milestones, and contribute to ad-hoc project management tasks.
● Elaborate periodic reports of team activities and deliverables.
● Contribute to quarterly planning, forecasting, and delivery.
● Work closely with Quality Leads and other Team Leadss on all team's methodologies and processes.
● Ensure team adherence to corporate policies and rules.
-Stakeholder and Process Management
● Manage stakeholder expectation and relationship.
● Handle team communications, including ongoing reports and updates to stakeholders.
● Contribute to project methodologies implementation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
● Write and review documentation.
-Data Quality and Analysis
● Work with data engineers and other stakeholders to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence of issues analysed.
● Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and assist in defining data ownership and stewardship.
● Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and processing workflows. Suggest and implement changes to enhance data quality and streamline data management processes.

● Professional Experience:
○ Proficiency (C1/Work proficiency) in English, both verbal and written.
○ Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and terminology.
○ Previous experience in coordinating teams.
○ Demonstrated ability to work independently.
