We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Talent Team and help us grow the Company.

 

About the Role

Responsibilites include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the P&T Lead, you will:

  • Actively coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
  • Actively coordinate with local and international account managers to explore hiring needs.
  • Lead regular follow ups on open positions
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and manage candidate journey through local system (SAP Success Factors)
  • Leverage social media and networking to promote our company as an employer of choice.
  • Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including screening calls, technical assessments and in-person interviews combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions).
  • Be familiar with immigration processes and assist the candidates with related orientation.
  • Develop database for current and future hires;
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract talent, namely, fostering partnerships with key Universities, participating in industry and sector relevant job fairs and in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
  • Articulate with P&T team on topics related to Onboarding and Benefits
  • Manage the recruitment platforms and onboarding process liaising with all teams involved.
  •  Be the local SPOC for recruitment platforms & systems continuous improvement providing related trainings to stakeholders when needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • 2 years of IT/Technical recruitment experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of immigration processes
  • Proficiency in Office automation tools (MS Office)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable and Success Factors
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills
  • Digital fluency
  • Outgoing and empathetic personality with a focus on building relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach;
