Content Quality Analyst

Qualitest Group is looking for a talented Search Content Quality Analyst!

Qualitest, the largest quality assurance company in the world, is recruiting for a Data Quality project in partnership with one of the world’s largest tech providers.

Responsibilities:

• Data Validation and Cleansing: Conduct regular checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Quality Control Framework Development: Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the underlying causes of data quality issues.
• Work with data engineers and other stakeholders to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence of these problems.
• Data Governance Collaboration: Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in defining data ownership and stewardship to promote accountability.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and processing workflows.
• Suggest and implement changes to enhance data quality and streamline data management processes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes, business rules, and quality assurance processes. This ensures that everyone understands the data and how it should be used.

What we are looking for:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple projects over the course of a day;
• Proficiency (C1) in English;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently;
• Excellent analytical skills, logical problem solving skills;
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking;
• Experience troubleshooting complex problems;
• Meticulously high level of attention to detail and accurate documentation of information;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills;
• High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness to work effectively with diverse teams.
