Senior Specialist - Finance
Location : Noida
Functional Skills:
1. 6-8 years’ Experience in General Accounting & Reporting of India based Entity, with Knowledge in Statutory submissions, Audit, Compliance, Indirect Taxes like GST, Direct Taxes – TDS & Corporate tax.
2. IC X-charge and Branch Accounting.
3. Softex and BRC compliance
4. Payroll – Monthly Journal booking, Reconciling the Deductions against payments.
5. Reconciliations – Bank + IC Recons + Accruals + Prepayments + Fixed Assets
6. Month end close – booking manual journal vouchers, Adjustment journals, Revenue & Cost Accruals, Cost Allocations. Ledger close.
7. Support in filing GST Refund application, Assessment handling.
8. Maintaining documentation (both soft copies and hard copies);
9. Visiting the government offices for documents' submission, assessments etc.
10. Support the Legal Entity Controller with various projects, assignments etc.
Other Skills:
1. B. Com, M.Com.
2. Knowledge of any ERP system like Net Suite, Quick books, SAP, Oracle. Working Experience in Net Suite will be preferred.
3. Fluent in English4. Working knowledge of MS Office products – Excel, Word, Outlook5. Based in Noida.
