Test Leadership – Strong skills in managing test teams, stakeholder communication, and risk management.Desirable Skills & Experience1. Agile & Waterfall Testing – Experience in both methodologies.2. Hybrid Working Flexibility – Ability to work 2-3 days onsite in Slough.3. Azure DevOps (ADO) – Hands-on experience in test management and execution.Travel RequirementsWork Location: HybridOffice Address (if hybrid/onsite): SloughNo. days per week in office (if hybrid/onsite): 2 to 3 daysClearance RequirementsType:Restrictions:"Overview of role and responsibilitiesThe MSD365 Business Central Order to Cash (O2C) Work Stream Lead (WSL) Test Lead will support System and End-to-End (E2E) testing of an MSD365 BC implementation. This role involves test scoping, execution, and reporting while ensuring seamless integrations with multiple third-party systems.Key Deliverables:- System test and E2E test scoping- Well experienced in running scoping workshops with the business and BA's.- Well versed in defining test scripts from Business requirements, Functional specs and User Stories.- Great communication skills- Experienced in Managing both onshore and offshore resources and delegating/managing script build and execution tasks across the team.- Well versed in reporting build and test progress to Test manager maintaining RAID logs and escalating as appropriate.- Required to be hands on in Building test scripts in ADO and Execution and reporting progress and results. - Experienced in Risk based testing and running RBT scoping workshops.Skilset: MSD365 BC Order to Cash (O2C) ModulesO2C covers sales and receivables processes:• Sales & Receivables (Sales Orders, Invoicing, Customer Payments)• Inventory Management (Stock availability, Order Fulfillment)• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Customer Master Data, Credit Management)• Accounts Receivable (AR) (Payment Posting, Dunning, Collections)Well experienced in testing integrations.For clarity the planned 3rd party integrations are below:1.Puzzel2.Castelan3.Emmiera4.Trade Islands5.Novuna6.PED/PDQ7.Cybersource8.Salesforce9.Amplience10.Blue Ant11.Yavrio (Banking)12.Continia13.More214.Adestra15.Reputation16.Trustpilot17.Bazaar Voice18.TMS19.PostTag20.Smart Analysis"
