Program Test Manager 

Job description: We are looking for Program Test Manager (Internal) to engage with an upcoming project with a client in the CRI Sector.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Strong SAP knowledge is critical
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Performance and Regression Testing phases within the programme.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with programme objectives.
• Manage the testing team, including internal testers and external vendors, ensuring effective resource allocation and skills alignment.
• Collaborate closely with Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to understand requirements and define test criteria.
• Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test scripts and scenarios for performance and regression.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defect trends, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders, proposing mitigation plans as needed.
• Ensure the test environments are properly set up and maintained for performance and regression testing.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality assurance standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
