Job description: We are looking for Enterprise Environments Manager to engage with an upcoming project with a client in the CRI Sector.

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an Enterprise Environments Manager who would be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, governance, and operational management of all non-production environments (Development, SIT, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, Training) across a large-scale IT transformation programme.
• This role ensures that complex enterprise platforms—such as SAP, Blue Yonder, and other integrated applications—have stable, reliable, secure, and appropriately configured environments to support development, testing, data migration, integration validation, and business readiness activities.
• The position operates at a senior leadership level, partnering closely with Programme Leadership, Test Management, Release Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Vendor Teams to ensure environment availability, alignment with release plans, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the environments strategy and roadmap in alignment with project/program delivery milestones.
• Determine environment requirements in consultation with development, testing, and operations teams.
• Plan environment refresh schedules and coordinate data seeding or masking activities.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of development, test, UAT and staging environments.
• Ensure environments are configured according to agreed architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage environment cloning, refreshes, and upgrades.
• Maintain an environments calendar covering availability, planned outages, refreshes, and deployments.
• Schedule environment usage across multiple teams to avoid conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Liaise with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams for provisioning or incident resolution.
• Monitor environment stability, performance, and capacity.
• Coordinate resolution of environment-related incidents or defects.
• Maintain a risk and issues log specific to environment readiness.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of environment configurations, topology, and dependencies.
• Define and enforce environment management standards, processes, and SLAs.
• Report environment status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience managing environments for major enterprise applications such as SAP, Blue Yonder and other integrated applications.
• Understanding of end-to-end systems integration, test cycles, and release management
• Experience supporting multi-system environment orchestration in complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
