Job description: We are looking for MSD365 Business Central Program Test Manager to engage with an upcoming project with a client in the CRI Sector.
Role and responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly experienced MSD365 Business Central Program Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for the implementation of MSD365 Business Central.
- This role requires deep expertise in MSD365 Business Central, strong test governance skills, and experience managing large-scale teams across multiple test phases.
- The successful candidate will work closely with clients, system integrators, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth and high-quality delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- MSD365 Business Central Expertise: Extensive experience in MSD365 Business Central implementations, particularly in the Retail industry.
- Test Program Management: Proven ability to develop and manage test strategies across multiple testing phases and methodologies.
- Stakeholder & Governance Experience: Strong ability to manage test governance, provide SteerCo reporting, and engage with clients and system integrators.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Integration Testing: Experience working with integrated systems and third-party applications.
- Salesforce eCommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce eCommerce platforms is a bonus.
- Cloud & DevOps Experience: Hands-on experience managing test execution within Azure DevOps (ADO).
Program Test Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and manage the overall test strategy for the MSD365 Business Central implementation.
- Define test approaches for Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Agile delivery models.
- Oversee all test phases, including System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) Testing, UAT, Performance Testing (PT), Automation, and Data Migration Testing.
Test Governance & Stakeholder Management:
- Provide test governance and reporting to key stakeholders, including Steering Committees (SteerCo).
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration with clients, SI partners, and integration teams.
- Track and manage test progress, risks, and defects using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage large-scale, distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, functional consultants, and external partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams to ensure efficient and effective test execution.
Integration & Retail Industry Expertise:
- Ensure seamless testing across integrated systems, including ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
- Retail industry experience, with knowledge of Salesforce eCommerce, is a plus.
Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Management:
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for test planning, test case creation, defect management, and reporting.
- Establish best practices for tracking test progress and ensuring test coverage.
