Qualitest is looking for Test Automation Specialist in Mexico! (Remote)

The test automation specialist will be responsible for developing new automated test cases and maintaining existing test case with the UI Path automation tool.  They will work closely with the Automation Architect to develop these test assets based on approved automation methodologies and standards for the project.  Additionally, these will be responsible for the successful automation of test assets on time and within the accepted execution schedule. The Automation Specialist is an expert of the implementation and use of the UI Path tool.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the approved automation framework within the automation environment
• Work with other Automation Specialists to ensure that all of the test requirements and validations have been implemented successfully for each test asset
• Assess automation risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Implement data management strategies through automation to ensure that data required to successfully execute test cases is available with solution integrity
• Work with the discovery and use of application GUI objects in a manner which will minimize maintenance and enhance reuse of Tosca modules with object recognition
• Manage the daily / nightly / weekly execution of test assets for success and collect execution results in order to develop up-to-date management reporting
• Work with the Automation Test Lead and Automation Architect to provide new innovative automation solutions which will provide “continuous improvement” to the client

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years in automated test development
• Excellent knowledge and experience of ADO and test plans
• Ability to link test steps intelligently to create end-to-end test scenarios
• Ability to link test cases to execution schedules and test requirements
• Ability to collect test execution results and collate them into usable information to develop management reports
• Ability to quickly comprehend the Applications Under Test and model the test cases for successful automation
• SQL Server, .NET, C#, scripting (PowerShell, ADSI)
• Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to explain complex technical issues
• Intercultural skills, team spirit and willingness to cooperate
