Test Automation Engineer - Mexico

We are looking for Test Automation Engineer to join our growing team in Mexico (full remote).

Must Haves:
1) 2-3 years of experience with Selenium + Java - Will be working on Existing framework and should be able to Adjust or rewritre as required
2) Working knowledge in any one of following programming languages but not limited to – Java, Angular, Node.js, React.js, GraphQL
3) Working knowledge in any of the DBs
4) Should have experience working in Agile Methodology and should be ready to work with offshore employees

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Identify and select the appropriate test automation tools and frameworks based on project needs.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts for various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide clear and concise test reports, defect logs, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance and Testing:
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for manual and automated testing.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in test automation and software testing.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve test processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.
