We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Lead Technical Position.

Experienced in conducting performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted training programs to maximize efficiency and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Committed to understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring a superior customer experience. Drives initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, consistenly striving to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.
  • Technical Acumen (Python Focus): Possesses a strong technical background, with significant expertise in Python. This includes a deep understanding of software development principles, system architecture, debugging, and optimization within a Python environment.
  • Diverse Organizational Experience: Has accumulated valuable experience across a range of large and reputable organizations. This exposure has provided a broad perspective on various business models, operational complexities, and best practices, enabling adaptability and effective integration into diverse corporate cultures.

 

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (BS, BE, or BTECH) in Engineering or Computer Science is the foundational requirement for this role. This ensures candidates possess a strong theoretical understanding of computing principles, software development methodologies, and problem-solving techniques essential for technical leadership.
  • Professional Experience:A minimum of five years of experience is required, specifically in leading a team of technical resources. This emphasizes the need for proven leadership skills, including mentoring, project management, and strategic decision-making in a technical environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in guiding engineers, fostering collaboration, and delivering complex technical projects.
  • Technical Acumen: Python Expertise: Proficient in Python development, encompassing a deep understanding of its paradigms, libraries, and best practices. This includes the ability to design, develop, and optimize.
  • Full Stack Development: Strong capabilities in full stack development, meaning proficiency across both front-end and back-end technologies. This includes experience with various programming languages, frameworks, databases, and deployment strategies to build comprehensive software solutions.
  • Database Management and Scripting: Expertise in database management, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity. This also involves strong scripting skills for database administration, automation, and data manipulation.
  • Reporting, Debugging, and Code Fixes: Proven ability in generating insightful reports from complex data, efficiently debugging software issues, and implementing robust code fixes. This highlights a meticulous approach to software quality and maintenance.
  • Expertise in Data Analytics and understanding of Prompt Engineering
