Senior Program Manager

Qualitest is looking for a Senior Program Manager for a hybrid project in CDMX 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the scope, quality and timeliness of program deliverables every quarter. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define achievable objectives, scope, and timelines. 

• Own the operational and tactical planning for successful execution of program objectives, including managing priorities, deadlines, and balanced resource allocation. 

• Anticipate, identify, communicate and resolve issues that impact the program objectives. 

• This includes driving cross-functional efforts to resolve blockers and handling all necessary escalations. 

• Be the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication 

• Provide concise and effective status reports that communicate progress, blockages, highlights, risks, mitigations, and sets clear expectations on any adjustments on deliverables and/or project plans. 

• Establish a deep understanding of the program, its objectives and its challenges, and ensure that the knowledge is continuously updated and shared with all team members. 

• Be the source of knowledge for program team members. 

• Drive innovation and optimization strategies, such as improved tooling options or refined processes. 

• Track relevant program metrics to provide an objective measurement of quality and performance. 

• Hire, train, and mentor the program team to maximize their potential, deepen their knowledge, and reinforce their personal accountability. 

• Support personnel management activities including performance reviews, timesheet and expense reviews, etc. 

• Supports more than 3 teams, 15-20 members each

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and their teams of more than 10-15 people

• Ability to oversee 4 or 5 active projects with short delivery times

• Strong Agile experience

• Expertise in Software Development and Technology product delivery 

• Strong English communication skills
