We are looking for a SAP Axial Deployment Test Manager

The SAP Axial Deployment Test Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance of SAP deployments in Mexico. This role ensures successful implementation of SAP solutions by overseeing the testing lifecycle, coordinating with key stakeholders, and mitigating risks associated with system deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy for SAP Axial Deployment in Mexico.
• Lead the planning, design, execution, and reporting of all testing activities, including SIT, UAT, performance testing, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align testing processes with overall deployment objectives.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to define test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Establish testing metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Support change management and training efforts by validating system readiness and user acceptance.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders for seamless test execution.
• Identify risks and issues in testing phases and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager role.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation and deployment testing,
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and integration testing.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SAP deployment projects.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Prior experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
