Qualitest is looking for a Sales Executive BFSI to join our team.

 

Qualitest is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to develop and lead new logo sales within our fast-growing BFSI sectors. This will be a quota carrying position and report directly into the VP of Sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales and business development background and have experience in developing and delivering new business. This role will ideally suit someone who has experience engaging senior-level executives in past roles and has worked within IT services sales within the BFSI sectors. The right candidate will have a demonstrable ability to think strategically about business with the skill set to drive the client strategy, as well as the tactical execution of sales and business development goals. In addition, experience working with other departments within the wider business would be advantageous.



Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for new logo sales development of IT quality assurance solutions for BFSI organizations.
Develop deeper understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to create customized sales strategy and marketing plans.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT quality assurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning within the assigned sectors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to accurate forecasting.


Qualifications:
10+ Years of IT Sales / Delivery experience preferably within BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven approach.

  • A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $140,000 - $150,000
