Qualitest is looking for a Engagement Manager / Program Manager in Miamai (FL) -United States to join our rapidly expanding teams! This is onsite position.

Job Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Lead Client Engagements: Oversee and manage the overall client relationship, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of services.

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to enhance client services, improve client engagement, and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders.

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and participate in the development of proposals and pitches for new projects.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure professional growth and effective contribution to project goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze project performance, implementing improvements to meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, client updates, and other key metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of services delivered meets the standards expected by the client, adhering to industry best practices and maintaining high-quality outputs.
