Role - Assessment and Consulting Lead (Transformation Advisory Services)

Location - Remote (US)

Role Overview : -

• As the Advisory and Consulting Lead for Quality Engineering, you will play a strategic role in guiding clients through their quality engineering transformation.

• You will ensure that their initiatives align with broader organizational objectives, conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and providing expert recommendations on technology, tooling, and best practices.

• Your goal will be to craft and execute actionable plans that elevate overall quality engineering practices, turning quality teams into high-performing units.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Holistic Process Identification: Identify and recommend the most effective quality engineering processes, tools, and best practices across various testing domains, including functional, performance, security, and automation testing.

• Comprehensive Metrics Definition: Define, implement, and publish key performance metrics (KPIs) across all quality engineering activities, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and mentorship to empower regional project teams in the adoption and implementation of best-in-class quality engineering practices.

• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality engineering strategy, including a detailed roadmap, tools, frameworks, and approaches that ensure consistency and excellence across project teams.

• Technology & Solution Oversight: Oversee the execution of recommended quality engineering solutions, ensuring they align with the strategic roadmap and meet the evolving needs of project teams.

• Architectural & Design Reviews: Participate in the architectural and design reviews of proposed quality engineering solutions, ensuring they adhere to best practices and organizational standards.

• Tool & Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and select the most suitable tools and technologies for various quality engineering purposes, ensuring they meet project and organizational goals.

• Technical Advocacy & Presentation: Deliver clear and persuasive technical presentations on proposed quality engineering solutions, effectively communicating the benefits and strategic importance to stakeholders.

• Center of Excellence Contribution: Contribute to the development and dissemination of best practices through Center of Excellence initiatives, driving innovation and excellence across the enterprise and multiple regions.

Must-Haves : -

• Extensive Quality Engineering Expertise: In-depth knowledge of quality engineering practices, including test automation, quality culture, performance testing, security testing, and agile development methodologies.

• Proven Success in Agile Environments: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and implementing comprehensive quality engineering strategies within agile teams.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in designing, scripting, and deploying quality engineering frameworks, with expertise in various testing methodologies and tools.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $150,000 - $170,000.
