We are looking for a Data Collection Associate to join our growing team. This position is on-site in Kirkland, WA.

Must Haves:

Q Analysts is looking for a Data Collection Associates to support AI Data Collection initiatives and contribute to the development of AI enabled products.

The focus of AI data collection is to capture various types of data relating to humans, speech and environments to enable quality Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms.

You will be responsible for calling participants in our participant database for outreach, scheduling participants for our user studies, performing data collection directly with participants while utilizing sophisticated equipment in a simulated environment.

The ideal candidate has the perfect blend of customer service and technology skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Participant outreach and scheduling

2. Guide hired research participants for data collection sessions in a secured office or home environment to perform scripted motion captures

3. Prep and maintain assigned equipment and ensure security of proprietary devices

4. Prep participants for capture including intake, NDAs, scripting and answering questions

4. Respond swiftly to project updates and changes

6. Provide feedback to operations lead on project improvements

7. Perform data uploads

8. Troubleshooting: Ability to mitigate issues, customer-facing or technology related

9. Other tasks as assigned

10. Maintain capture environment and implement lighting and staging changes

Skills and Requirements:

1. Strong face to face customer service experience

2. Strong communication skills

3. Professional appearance and demeanor

4. Technologically adept and familiar with latest trends in technology; AI/ML/AR/VR

5. Organized and detail oriented

6. Thrives in a team environment

7. Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

1. Experience in a related role such as customer service or data collection

2. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its components (SharePoint, Forms, Outlook, Word, Excel)

3. High school diploma and 2+ years working in a team environment

4. College degree preferred

Hourly wage $20/hour
