We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our growing team in Argentina!

Role - Test Analyst

Location - Remote (Argentina)

The Test Analyst supports testing activities across the project lifecycle, from requirements validation through production readiness. The role focuses on designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that business and technical requirements are validated through structured testing. The Test Analyst works closely with Test Leads, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality testing outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

- Work with subject matter experts, project, and testing teams to understand requirements and identify relevant test scenarios.- Design, document, and maintain test cases aligned with project requirements and testing standards.

- Execute test cases and document results in the test management platform such as Azure DevOps or comparable tools.

- Maintain traceability between business requirements and test cases.

- Participate in test planning activities and provide estimates for assigned testing tasks.

- Prepare test data and ensure readiness for testing phases including environment validation and access setup.

- Support Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing execution.

- Log, track, and retest defects while coordinating resolution with development teams.

- Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and blockers.

- Contribute to test execution metrics, reporting, and testing close out documentation.

- Support production validation activities and post release verification where required.

- Participate in testing retrospectives and lessons learned discussions.

Skills and Qualifications

Required 

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing practices.

- Experience creating and executing manual test cases.

- Experience using test management platforms such as Azure DevOps or similar tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage assigned testing tasks.

- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines in fast-paced project environments.

Preferred

- Experience supporting enterprise legal technology environments.

- Familiarity with legal applications such as iManage, NetDocuments, or similar document management platforms.
