Qualitest is looking for a Sr Automation Test Engineer in Argentina to join our growing team. The position is remote and supports multiple clients across various projects.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer proficient in Selenium to join our dynamic quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Execute and manage automated test suites to validate web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Analyze test results, report findings, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure automated tests are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in Selenium and testing tools/techniques to continuously improve automation processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for test failures and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software test automation, particularly with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
