Qualitest is looking for SAP (FMIS Workstream) Lead fully remote in Argentina.

• Time zone: EST

About the role:

The FMIS (Financial Management Information System) Workstream Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the FMIS implementation or upgrade within the organization. This role is responsible for leading the FMIS workstream team, coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and ensuring the FMIS solution meets business requirements and aligns with strategic financial goals. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 14+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 6 years in a Test Lead role. 
• Work experience in S/4 HANA  - Finance projects
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and reporting.
• FMIS Upgrade project experience will be an added value.
• Good to have SAC/Datasphere, Warehouse Management experience
• Experience with data migration and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, ADO, HP ALM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Must have:  

• 1.S/4 HANA  - Finance with Fiori projects
• 2.Test management tools (Qtest, Jira, ADO, ALM). 

Good to have: 

• Warehouse Management experience
• SAC/Datasphere 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and implement the overall test strategy, test plan, and test schedule
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts across SAC, SAP Datasphere, and Concur platforms, including integration, data validation, reporting accuracy, and UI/UX testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and development teams to understand business requirements and map them to test scenarios.
• Manage test resources and oversee test case design, execution, defect triaging, and reporting.
• Track and report test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior QA/test team members.
