Delivery Manager/ Test Coordinator - ARGENTINA

Qualitest is looking for a Delivery Manager/ Test Coordinator  in Argentina to join our growing team.

About the role:

You will focus on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet our customer's expectations. This role also combines overseeing the testing process to also ensure high-quality software products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Onshore Test Lead responsible for leading 2 Automation Architects and 3 Nearshore Test Engineers in Argentina to support our client in CST hours.
• Single point of interface for our client
• Coordinate the efforts between onsite and nearshore 
• Participate in all planning activities with our client
• Define test strategies and plans 
• Provide status updates and reports 
• Manage resources, attrition and knowledge within the team. 
• Identify and implement QE best practices.
• Will work with COE team to implement QualiView and use it to report status
• Will present Automation findings and provide recommendations regarding Automation framework and processes.

Requirements:

• Previous Delivery Manager Experience (or account management exp)
• Test Lead experience
• Strong QA process experience
• You need to be able to guide the client, suggest and implement process improvement, drive change for the client (be proactive vs reactive).
