We are looking for an Business Analyst to join our growing team in Argentina!

Role - Business Analyst

Location - Remote (Argentina)

Time zone - EST

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear deliverables.

• Support process reviews, workflows, and testing activities.

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams during the migration.

Requirements

Top 3 Must Haves: 
1. Experience in BA role in large system migration processes
2. banking, financial services, or credit union experience/ Experience with LOS systems
3. Knowledge of BA best practices

Nice to have:
Banking, financial services, or credit union experience highly preferred
