Senior Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Office Manager with 4+ years of experience to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations and administrative activities. The role includes office logistics, supplier and vendor coordination, invoicing, event organization, and company car fleet management. Previous experience in an IT or tech environment is considered a strong advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient and well-organized workplace.
  • Manage office logistics, supplies, maintenance, and relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Coordinate invoicing processes and maintain accurate administrative documentation.
  • Organize and support internal events, team activities, meetings, and external company events.
  • Manage company car fleet administration, including servicing, registrations, insurance, and employee coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support operational needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Office Management, Administration, or Operations roles.
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing suppliers, office operations, invoicing, and event coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in an IT or technology company is a plus.
