Responsibilities:
- Create and escalate Easy Vista tickets
- Troubleshoot video and content issues
- Monitor third-party feeds and report delays
- Manage AD/Azure/O365 accounts and file share access
- Support remote access (Juniper Pulse, MFA)
- Handle mailbox, Pronto, AWS Connect, and print server issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in IT support or help deskKnowledge of AD, Azure, O365
- Experience with remote access toolsFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., EasyVista)
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Availability to work in shifts
