Senior Helpdesk Support (level 1)

  • Create and escalate Easy Vista tickets
  • Troubleshoot video and content issues
  • Monitor third-party feeds and report delays
  • Manage AD/Azure/O365 accounts and file share access
  • Support remote access (Juniper Pulse, MFA)
  • Handle mailbox, Pronto, AWS Connect, and print server issues

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in IT support or help deskKnowledge of AD, Azure, O365
  • Experience with remote access toolsFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., EasyVista)
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Availability to work in shifts
