SalesForce Business Analyst

• Experience in Salesforce implementation, with expertise in designing Salesforce-based solutions across clouds.
• Experience in Go-to-Market business processes, such as Sales, Services, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Strong documentation skills, including business/technical design and test plans.
• Service-oriented mindset, support day to day operational issues
• Ability to turn a discussion with a user into requirements and solution design
• Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to propose creative solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
