QA Lead (Automation Specialist)

We are looking for a QA Specialist who can connect business with delivery, translate requirements into clear actions, and lead Playwright-based automation and quality initiatives. 

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Gathering Quality Requirements from Product Owners & coordinating with Dev teams
• Creating roadmaps for Automation and other quality transformation initiatives
• Collaborating with all teams across the geos
• Documenting Test Cases, Scenarios, maintaining JIRA hygiene
• Championing & Consulting on QE processes & Best Practices

Must Haves:

• Champion at Quality engineering principles of Automation with ability to independently liaise with Product Owners, Product Development team & Scrum teams to gather requirements and further define a holistic QA roadmap
• Technical Expertise (3/5) in Any Automation tools and Automation Framework Development/Standards with Hands-on Experience : Playwright + TypeScript OR Selenium OR Cypress OR Others
• Strong Communication Skills with expected responsibility to prioritize QA tasks, and work with teams to resolve any blockers, provide daily progress updates to the iCapital Manager, and plan all necessary documentation as artefacts
• Experience in setting up running & integrating automated tests through CI/CD pipeline
• Working experience in keyword, data driven, hybrid and BDD frameworks
• Ability to hit the ground running and self-starters & also mentor the entire team to progress on QA Targets
• Experience with leading automation Teams & QA Consulting
