Operation support
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to assist in managing and improving internal operational processes. This role does not require subject matter expertise, but relies on excellent organizational, documentation, and analytical skills to support daily business operations, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution and monitoring of internal operational processes within the organization.

Collect, track, and report operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive operational documentation.

Assist with project coordination, ensuring tasks and deliverables are on track.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support smooth operational workflows.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Support the analysis of operational metrics and provide insights to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

Experience working in an operational support or administrative support role within an enterprise environment.
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) — essential for internal communication, reporting, and documentation in an international environment.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to recognize patterns in operational data and suggest improvements.
