We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team, working on an exciting international media project.
You will be the first point of contact for users, providing efficient support and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Create and escalate Easy Vista ticketsTroubleshoot video and content issues
- Monitor third-party feeds and report delays
- Manage AD/Azure/O365 accounts and file share access
- Support remote access (Juniper Pulse, MFA)
- Handle mailbox, Pronto, AWS Connect, and print server issues
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years in IT support or help desk
- Knowledge of AD, Azure, O365
- Experience with remote access tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., EasyVista)
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Availability to work in shifts
