Middle Helpdesk Support (level 1)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team, working on an exciting international media project.

You will be the first point of contact for users, providing efficient support and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and escalate Easy Vista ticketsTroubleshoot video and content issues
  • Monitor third-party feeds and report delays
  • Manage AD/Azure/O365 accounts and file share access
  • Support remote access (Juniper Pulse, MFA)
  • Handle mailbox, Pronto, AWS Connect, and print server issues

 

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years in IT support or help desk
  • Knowledge of AD, Azure, O365
  • Experience with remote access tools
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., EasyVista)
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Availability to work in shifts
